it was working very well, but how come now the Android Version does not even connect? It says that there has been a problem.

Installed the app and confirmed mandatory identity verification requiring passport or national ID and a live selfie holding the document. However, Google Play Data Safety only declares email collection, with no mention of identity documents or facial images. This is a clear inconsistency. I request Google Play to review this app under User Data and Data Safety policies.
