Ratings and reviews

The questions were fairly easy to answer except for the questions relating to the vehicle interior and exterior non-standard accessories. As a female, generally, we do not understand vehicle lingo/jargon. I had to ask two males for assistance. I think it would be a good idea to have a dictionary of some sort, explaining what is meant by each non-accessory term. The pictures were fairly easy to take. The barcode situation took a few attempts before getting it right. Overall, good experience.

Calling in to get assistance with lodging a claim was beyond FRUSTRATING - you speak to a BOT instead of a person. Submitting a claim on the app was equally frustrating. No courtesy call from the advisor to confirm my claim, details of the claim or whether any additional info was required. I received an email with an amendment to my policy? I checked the status of my claim on the app,the chat bot advised "your claim has been finalised". No feedback on the outcome via the app, email or telephone

It was so easy to download the app, when it comes to uploading your documents, doing your car inspection and when you want to claim your just go to the app, it so user friendly. thanks First for women
