Ratings and reviews

The App is easy to use, plain and simple really. Food is fresh and warm when delivered and various dishes to choose from. My favourite is the Cod fish...yummy!! The tracking is still a problem though. I was waiting for the App to show the progress of my order when boom, the delivery guy was at my door. Thank you Fishaways.

Horrible I downloaded the app last week Thursday and placed an order with fishaways Total in uMhlanga they told me they did not have sushi and they would cancel my order of which I agreed to but till today I am yet to earn my refund back I have been trying to call total umhlanga to no avail and the bloody app does not give an option to request for a refund placed a complaint no assistance whatsoever horrible horrible horrible experience

Tracking driver was not reliable...inaccurate, saw driver on other delivery going back to fishaways and then suddenly he arrived... Had a voucher available on checking out but only for first order on mobile app...after downloading and checking out the voucher was not active at the time although the expiry date is next month
