Absolutely attrocious. Sign in was a nightmare as it only gave me a select few options to get the verification code. Two of them were out of date and the remaining took forever to get anything. Now it takes forever to load and then hits me with a communucation error every time. No way to update or edit personal info either. Feels like a half-baked, half-hearted attempt of an app with none of the care and I wouldn't be surprised if it it was never updated since release.

I was able to view all my past results, suddenly I can only view one test result and all the others do not show. Its frustrating as I cannot compare previous tests to current ones and determine if I have made improvements in markers or not. This also helps when I visit a different doctor and I can easily share results with them. Please can you address this problem soonest.

Used to be great, Now it's pathetic. Since the update of Jan 2024, all I get when trying to login, is an error message "General Exception - accounts model fault" Samsung S21 with Android 14 Update. After contact with the developer, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and it seems to be working fine again. Still, some minor issues remain.
