It's good and does what's needed. Also has nice features that makes banking easy, like my pockets, the ability to share transations, etc. However there are several minor annoying issues. Proof of payment never goes through, found out today you cannot review purchased lotto/powerball tickets until the next day... so you cannot compare your ticket while watching live, notifications also never go away, etc.

The worst possible experience as of recent with the app. I have already spoken to a representative from your IT department, who informed me that the issue would be escalated. However, I am still experiencing difficulties logging into my Nedbank Money app. The app prompts me to update to the latest version, yet when redirected to the app store, it shows that the app is already up to date. Furthermore, the app store indicates that the beta program is full.

Updated the app because it did not open, but that was not the problem. Problem was on Nedbank side. CAUTION: After updating the app, it asked for a selfie. And now, if you want to buy a lotto ticket, it wants your location. Unbelievable! UPDATE: Why is there no way to turn off selfie verification? Still, why do you need precise GPS location when a less intrusive or broader location can be used for the Lotto? Your answer to my post means nothing. It has nothing to do with anything i said!

This version update contains some bug fixes and introduces multiple client experience enhancements, including the ability for our non-transactional clients to chat to a Live Agent and the ability for our clients to purchase airtime and data, using an advance provided by Nedbank.
