OK Count On! is designed and implemented by Infinity Rewards, a Stellenbosch-based company, which began more than 15 years ago as one of South Africa’s first coalition loyalty programs. Now, operating in South Africa, Namibia and Botswana, Infinity rewards customers with CashBack on designated products at multiple stores, including OK Stores. We believe this is the future of loyalty rewards because customers want a simple, easy to understand reward and program with options of where to earn and spend rewards. Loyalty program members are increasingly looking for their programs to show up where they happen to be, not the other way around.

App not working since last update please fix I can't view my balances or do anything app just freezes I scan the card but no further options are available doesn't want to go further then when you put in your card details can't login same experience when I went to try the terminal at a ok also doesn't go further does not want to log in please rectify this app as I do need it for my points and card and fuel purchases this is a matter of urgency

Worts app ever, the app it self is nice can use it at all OK's I been at except for OK Kriel, when I gave the phone for the card they moved it fast over the scanner insulting me, the lady said see it is not working en move it faster en faster of the POS scanner and repeat see it is not working, I told her other OK's when they hold it at the scanner and it does not scan they insert the number manually, then she said I can try it myself and insert the number myself, so I raised my voice treating..

Once having started the, the only way to close it is by restarting the entire device. This problem is not new, and has never been addressed. I hope someone actually takes the time to read the reviews, AND do something.
