OK Count On! is designed and implemented by Infinity Rewards, a Stellenbosch-based company, which began more than 15 years ago as one of South Africa’s first coalition loyalty programs. Now, operating in South Africa, Namibia and Botswana, Infinity rewards customers with CashBack on designated products at multiple stores, including OK Stores. We believe this is the future of loyalty rewards because customers want a simple, easy to understand reward and program with options of where to earn and spend rewards. Loyalty program members are increasingly looking for their programs to show up where they happen to be, not the other way around.
The customer experience is also improved by a seamless process of registration, collection and redemption of rewards. Good customer service backed by sound technology will help to smooth this process.

Added my card to google wallet and it works when scanning at the OK POS tills. But this app just refuses to accept the card number and pressing the next arrow on the app after entering my card no, just flash and do nothing further. Appears a lot of people complaining about this issue here. No accompanied OK branded rewards website but for infinityrewards.co.za rewards registration, the devs and management of this app and rewards program. Hmmm, no

Convenient app, but you don't need to have constant us enable location permission. You can just have it ask for permission once when you open Nearby Stores instead of forcing us to enable location permission permanently

I've had extremely friendly and professional help from the staff. I enjoy shopping with OK with the fresh quick snacks and a very convenient shop while filling my car with fuel. Thank for giving something to look forward to.
