Ratings and reviews

I go through the registration process, log in, the app welcomes me, then asks me to log in again when I try to add to or view my basket, or view my loyalty card. Login fails each time. Meanwhile I'm getting marketing notifications. Several other users are reporting the same problem. Review responses so say to email support. Clearly there's a general issue, so why not just notify the developers? Also, why is there no way to report a bug in the app? Email is an inconvenient extra step.

The app works fine as is. The issue comes in at delivery time. It takes almost a week to deliver to my suburb. I got a call on the day of delivery for both my orders that the items I wanted were out of stock. They were in stock when I placed the orders. So basically, I can't rely on actually receiving what I ordered as there is no way telling what in stock when they deliver. This was really frustrating and a waste of everyone's time.

New to use this app, and it is particularly bad. Takes forever to load anything to your shopping cart or to navigate around. So many bad reviews, perhaps Woolies need to relook their app... I would love to use it, but with the speed of things, I just can't sit and wait minutes for one item to be added to my shopping cart.
