Always having technical errors. 2nd time now I'm not able to access it. Hope someone reimburses me for the data spent installing it over and over again until it works. Also after the update I have to keep logging in and doesn't stay logged in as before. It's really annoying. And my one extra free play has been removed for some reason
Pathetic App. Always has technical glitches. Horrendous GUI. Seriously, you have a massive IT team and you can't even design a decent app. A Dev in a basement can do a better job than that. At least you have an app that matches your customer service - useless
Not good at all! For few days now, claim free play just disappeared! And suddenly I have to log in everytime to get balances or play every day!!! Takes me longer via app than to just do it via USSD!! Very irritating. And all the technical errors! Not much useful app at this stage. And yes I am on newest version, so not the problem!
Since its latest update, I can now login but whether it be the everyday play or buying data, there is ALWAYS a "technical glitch". This is especially worse since Vodacom are running a double your data promotion. They should actually develop a working and reliable app. Its pathetic and a lot of people agree
Last time I reviewed this app it got 1 star ... this time it gets 1 star again, and only because zero stars isn't an option. Absolutely useless effort from a company with access to so many resources and in the position Vodacom is. Ridiculously slow, constantly crashing, buggy, and it doesn't do the basics properly. Someone should get dismissed for this effort!
Would like to know y u keep on changing the app....???? now it's f*****..can't even top up my data line or get a balance of my data. Very frustrating indeed. I want to b refunded all my extra data I had to buy cause the My Vodacom app isn't WORKING!!!
