The previous App was absolutely the best, Now you forced us to move to this inconvenient app. I struggle all the time when I have to buy on it, if I have to confirm my payment on the bank, I would redirect to the app and it would restart itself, I mean all the time!!!! It is such a struggle . Not to forget that it is slow and time consuming... Definitely the frustrating app I have ever had🖐. And I feel like it is getting worse everyday.. Super frustrated with and disgusted in the VODAPAY app. The previous app worked well enough, why did it have to change to this bad app?! For example you can't switch airtime to data via the app anymore! And if you follow the *111# route, the same data bundle offers aren't available anymore.

The app is great when it comes to discounted bundles being able to shop on app. The wallet was great until I had to use it. Turns out withdrawing your money cost you R8.98 so and the cash advance on the app is simply ridiculous, I recently tried it out and apparently R100 cash advance would cost me R70+ to pay it back, thats a loan that you pay back 70% more. Its not worth it. I always thought the wallet was free but got a rude awakening when I tried it out.
