The old app (My Vodacom) was really fast/easy to use if you just wanted to check data balance and to recharge with a card or materpass. This new app is just a bloated nightmare of products being pushed, and the real, essential stuff is really hard to do, like reloading data. Isn't Vodacom in the business of selling data and airtime? If that is the case, then why are you pushing Hungry Lion and other nonsense?

This app is useless for buying data. Which is one of the top 3 things it will be used for because they discontinued their previous app and forced us to use this one. It is bloated, hard to navigate, and times out or shows error screens non stop. Even the registration process was tedious. You need to know your Vodapay balance to reset a password. I didn't even know I had a balance. And I can't confirm this yet, but I couldn't find the option to buy data using my airtime.

Really disappointed with the new app. So many things on the screen that just waste space. Logging in is very hit and miss, often getting a message that my session has timed out. So annoying as I use it to check my data ballance on my second SIM. I don't use any of the social media platforms suggested for continuous support. Contact me on Telegram.
