Really upset that they have not updated their app to be able to work on Android 10. Have tried calling yoco 4 or 5 times and they have done nothing to help and have deliberately chosen not to contact me back. Have since updated the app... But still not fixed the problem. I have given multiple chances for them to make it right. App doesn't load when we click on it... Says "loading store.". Been this way for 3 months. Hoping for resolution...but until they do, they deserve 1 star.

by far the worst product experience I've had. from simple registration to connecting a card machine. every step had an issue and required me to call into the call centre, where agents could not help me and had to escalate the issue everytime. I even wait for over 30mins on hold with no response....

Customer care is pathetic! Re-sending documents and whatsapping backwards and forwards for 2 full days now. Always new people responding that obviously did not read the chat. Not possible to speak to a person. Update: After 2 days someone finally gave me a link to a phone number where I could talk to someone, and from there it took 30 min til we were up and running. Why is most support so stuck up on not allowing human contact?? Machine itself is 💯
