Ratings and reviews

Really upset that they have not updated their app to be able to work on Android 10. Have tried calling yoco 4 or 5 times and they have done nothing to help and have deliberately chosen not to contact me back. Have since updated the app... But still not fixed the problem. I have given multiple chances for them to make it right. App doesn't load when we click on it... Says "loading store.". Been this way for 3 months. Hoping for resolution...but until they do, they deserve 1 star.

I am not finding this updated app to be beneficial for what I am needing. I was able to see a detailed card sale per customer, now it just goes round and round and round and then comes up with a error message. I have tried to send a whatapp message now and I get to chat to a non existing person that does not solve the problem, please I need help to solve this issue 😫 I AM FRUSTRATED

I am editing my initial review from 1 star. The recent updates have improved the app and the experience of using it dramatically! I had stopped using it entirely but now it's becoming a true upgrade from the old app. Thank you for listening to the users.
