Ratings and reviews

Really upset that they have not updated their app to be able to work on Android 10. Have tried calling yoco 4 or 5 times and they have done nothing to help and have deliberately chosen not to contact me back. Have since updated the app... But still not fixed the problem. I have given multiple chances for them to make it right. App doesn't load when we click on it... Says "loading store.". Been this way for 3 months. Hoping for resolution...but until they do, they deserve 1 star.

Worst customer service. I have been waiting for a week for R6100 to be paid out. And they didn't even communicate. I reached out to them and they call only call me back on Tuesday. The chats keep moving from one agent to the next. Horrible customer service. Scammer tactics with people's money. Someone else got scammed by Yoco. No payout since 2022!

Customer care is pathetic! Re-sending documents and whatsapping backwards and forwards for 2 full days now. Always new people responding that obviously did not read the chat. Not possible to speak to a person.
