Ratings and reviews

This is an app that can do so much, yet doesn't because of technical faults. I keep updating it (several times a month sometimes) and yet, there are no shifts shown. Unless you keep checking the app from time to time, you wouldn't be notified when a job becomes available. So more often than not, by the time you check the app, shifts are either fully booked or gone. I really would love to see some improvement because this is a great concept and initiative for students who can't work fixed jobs.

My temporary suspension ended, but my “Timeliness” still shows Unreliable and I haven’t received any new job offers. This is frustrating because I previously completed 11 shifts with great ratings and strong performance. I’ve already contacted support and submitted a request through the form, but I have not received any reply. The lack of communication is disappointing, especially when I’m ready and committed to working again. I value working with Zenjob, but I need clarity and action on it

Terrible app. I signed up over a month ago, the app is updated, and notifications are on—but no shifts ever show, don't get any notifications. The app shows absolutely nothing. I tried contacting support through the chat option, it doesn’t work at all. I also submitted multiple support requests and never received a response. The Help Centre is useless—just generic info, no real help or contact. There is clearly no actual support team. #Unprofessional and unrealistic. #Terrible #Don't bother
