**edited to add a star because I appreciate the polite developer comment** I bought the paid version, mostly because you can't even try free version because of the intrusive ads every time you click on a setting option, and I had some Google credit. For a paid app, though, I would expect to be able to pick any color, not just your very limited palette, and I expect to be able to upload my own background patterns. I'll update my stars when you fix the disappointments.

I really loved this widget, probably used it for years. But it has a huge consistency problem. Every time I update, open the app or even change colors, the settings reset. That's super annoying. Even presets don't save background settings. Please manage to automatically save it permanently. I don't want to change anything. --- Btw: what's missing is a color shift at the battery ring. It would be perfect if it started out white, got yellow and red when the battery was about to get empty.

I really liked this app for its ability to put a transparent clock on my home screen. So I decided to support the devs and purchase pro. the moment I upgraded, it completely stopped working. the app crashes the moment I try to open it and is now useless.
