Now 9 days been unable to get detailed Data usage report from the Phone Application. Does not reflect well on the LH Technical ability

Works well and efficiently for me. Only problem these days it nolonger shows data usage history. If they could fix that it would be great. Network challenges here and there but compared to other service providers you are on top of my list.

This app does not work. Keeps saying Connection Error no matter what you try to do, i have changed from wifi to mobile data still the same error message, I even went to my friend's house just to try with his wifi, but still nothing. What a waste of my time.
