You need to log in to check your balance and if you nolonger have any data it takes forever to top up, how does that make sense I need internet connection to access the app where I get internet connection and sometimes after buying a top up it doesn't even start working instantly and you have to keep logging in or restarting your network

Why Why Why? You have to load data first to check your balance. If your data expires or if you do not have data you can't top up using this app. Why can't you make it zero billing like most bank apps? Your app has a lot of bugs and it keeps logging me out and shutting down. I advise your team do regular updates to fix all these issues. The myzol app worked better than this. Your company seems to keep downgrading instead of becoming better. I'm very dissapointed in this company.
