After spending a lot of time going through every menu and setting, I failed to find how to recharge my prepaid card and I had to do it from the website. I wrote a review, which has been answered saying that I am supposed to be able to perform the operation from the app. So I went back and indeed the option is NOW there. So something was wrong with the app when I tried the first time, because I am 100% sure in the start page there was only Mein tarif and no aufladen option on top.

Cannot login, 1. I am using correct email/number and password and it always says failure happened. 2. Tried resetting password and again same error and app is not letting me login. Same error is happening on website . Can only login in my account with SMS code on website .. but app is unusable.
