it's good how you can buy tickets now on the app it just needs more options for singles child tickets and grouprider then it would be perfect and put the dashboard back to how it was (excellent now thankyou)

Lovely drivers who drop the ramp for me as I'm 71 with a mobility problem. This is really appreciated as it does help especially when getting off the bus. Staff have also been very helpful with recent computer software issues. Nct app re arrival times is really good. Thanks for a great service.

please fix the app, I cannot buy any ticket, it says failed to initiate check out. I have unistalled the app and it's still the same 😬
