Unfortunately as I saw the app score, and experienced it myself, I'm kind of sure it's a really bad app design, I cannot even login, how I get my number and SMS when it is inserted in the router! For God sake why authentication not work with email!? do I have to put the sim on my phone first to do login things! there is no link, info whatsoever which can help to login easily, any idea O2 team!?

Hallo Mas, vielen Dank für deine Bewertung. Wenn du Internet über LTE/5G (o2 Homespot) abgeschlossen hast, wählst du bei der Registrierung "Ich bin Homespot Kunde". Die Nummer deines Vertrages findest du in der Mail mit der Aktivierungsbestätigung. Klappt es nun?

Please don’t get drawn in by cheap packages. My experience with O2 has been disappointing. I had connection issues in 2022 and struggled to get the contract canceled. In 2026, I’m facing similar problems again. - The app still doesn’t support language changes and redirects many options to the web version. - Their cable internet relies on Vodafone’s infrastructure, which may be why the connection is unstable. Overall, not recommended based on my experience.

Worst app ever. Many features cannot be displayed, I get error messages very frequently: content can't be loaded, options can't be displayed. Sometimes I cannot even choose a new internet option, it takes days until I can book something. I do not recommend the app.

Hallo Jelena Murašova, vielen Dank für deine Bewertung. Schade, dass du diesen Eindruck erhalten hast. Bitte lösche einmal den Cache und Speicher der App in den Einstellungen und installiere sie anschließend neu. Klappt es nun?
