I would not recommend them as they tell you one thing and do another after your first contract with them. They were supposed to give the option to lower my rate when electricity went down... when it did, they would not honor that. have left them a bad review on Google, they called while I was in hospital, tried to call back and all three times mysteriously the call ended... run away, use centerpoint or reliant before using these guys.

App doesn't even open at all. It attempts to launch but then just sits on the same landing screen; never progresses to the log-in screen.
