About this app

The movement exercises in eurythmy are simple and focus on the relationship between external movement and internal experience. They promote your sensitivity and self-awareness, and allow your breathing to become deep and free. You will quickly notice how good they are for you. You can do it alone, but also with your partner or with your children.

By simply clicking on the wheel you get one of 108 exercises on the following topics:

- Remain receptive, become grounded.
- Establish rapport. Distinguish yourself and combine opposites.
- Be able to move and be centered at the same time.
- Light and warmth. Harmony in abundance.
- Rest in itself. Overcome boundaries.

If you practice three times a week, you will advance a level. You get access to in-depth questions, higher level exercises and an increasingly larger selection of videos. From level 12 onwards, the sky is open to you and you can climb the ladder higher and higher.
