Enhanced Check-in Experience — Start your day of travel right. Check in up to 24 hours before your flight and your upcoming trip will be ready to view and manage on-the-go.

Mobile Boarding Pass — Access your boarding pass from the convenience of your phone. No paper printing needed! Boarding pass will automatically update if there's a change and is always accessible in the app, even if you are offline. You can also store it in your Apple Wallet.

3/3/24 Changing my rating with the latest update. Finally able to verify passport without seeing an Agent and get boarding passes for international travel. I recommend taking a screen shot of your boarding pass because it still isn't always available during a trip. Really happy with this update. 9/10/23 The app keeps failing, it can't find confirmed reservations on the 1st try, very difficult to use.

Take a screenshot. Boarding passes disappear upon first use - even if you are in the middle of a flight segment and need to scan it again to get on your next flight. I tried to contact support through chat and now the app is perpetually stuck in the Chat screen and won't lete navigate away even after force closing the app it just opens back to the Chat screen. No option to save to Google Wallet either - both in app and on website. Best to check in, get boarding pass, then take a screenshot.

The app is much improved over the old version, but still requires going to the website for too many functions. Also, and my biggest issue right now, is that it says an update is available (which makes the app unusable until updated) but when I click the link to update, there is NO update available! The only option is to open the App, which then tells me an update is available. An endless loop. Using a Samsung Note 8.
