Extremely disappointing experience with this app. I paid in full for a 5-star non-refundable hotel reservation but never received any booking confirmation. Despite multiple follow-up attempts, I received no satisfactory response. Just hours before check-in, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled with no alternative provided. I was forced to pay double to secure a suitable hotel, which was incredibly frustrating. The only customer support channel was WhatsApp, Take care!!!

very bad customer service. they made a mistake with my flight ticket and then completely failed to help. replies take forever, and when they finally answer, they give useless responses and disappear again. no real support, no solution, just wasted time and stress. i do not recommend this app at all. save your money and avoid this experience.

This is the worst booking app i ever use. My flight was cancel last march 23, without any updating about disruption. You cannot talk to a real person but only an AI robot. They tell me that its better if i will just take a refund... Then until now they are not giving the money and still deducting payment in my Tamara apps. This is not fair... We are working hard for this money to buy a ticket to see our family... You are fooling people. Dont tell us that the airline was not contacting to you.
