A bunch of thieves. i booked a ticked of 3 feb 2026. They took the money instantly, but for some personal reasons, i had to cancel it. I requested the cancellation from this garbage app, and almatar took 3 days just to process my cancelation request, due to which i lost almost half the booking amount. As per the aurlines' rules, i had canceled before 7 days of flying, and i was supposed to receive 2100 sar, but because of the delay from almatar, they told me i would only receive 1500 sar.

This app is very useful for booking tickets. However, I would like to share a few suggestions for improvement: Increase the allowed character limit for the first name field, as the current limit is not sufficient for travelers with longer names. Include multiple airlines within the app, which would provide users with more options and flexibility when selecting flights. These enhancements would significantly improve the overall user experience.

worst application, I feel bad, they are not support any cancelation or modification. it's my fault I didn't see the reviews before I book the ticket. don't install like this booking agent application. book direct airline websites
