Ratings and reviews

The flight was canceled by the operator airline, and ALMATAR app is not collaborating or responding to my refund request for the paid amount. bad call center, delay in response on whatapp- no feedback as promised, no response to emails... I don't recommend any one to use it. I will uninstall the app and never download it again. the flight booking #65277078

A bunch of thieves. i booked a ticked of 3 feb 2026. They took the money instantly, but for some personal reasons, i had to cancel it. I requested the cancellation from this garbage app, and almatar took 3 days just to process my cancelation request, due to which i lost almost half the booking amount. As per the aurlines' rules, i had canceled before 7 days of flying, and i was supposed to receive 2100 sar, but because of the delay from almatar, they told me i would only receive 1500 sar.

Worst app for booking flights. The customer service is the worst experience i have. They will give you tickets that don't exist. Never use this app you will regret it.
