Ratings and reviews

I like the app, great features compared to the realtor.ca app, 5 stars. Minus stars for: Lack of coverage outside a few major cities, estimated selling prices are still wildly inaccurate, and with the latest update some password expired issue when trying to log in with a Google account as I've been doing since I started using the app which makes it unusable. In conclusion, if you live in a major city, and you can get the app to work, it's very useful.

Good app. I like almost everything. Would be nice to be able to specify lot width to the foot (instead of 10' increments). Would also be nice to specify sold date history to the day.

There are still bugs (for Android users anyway), the watch map didn't update when new listings are posted even after refreshing. They will show up however if you click on the map. But it's a great app overall.
