Ratings and reviews

Almost makes you pay for subscription if you don't look around and navigate the menu. Also have to tie your bank or credit card to the app just to be able to use it. Feels super sketchy. As an update, the app is telling me to enjoy the Max subscription but when I click on it to see if it is active or not, it gives me an error saying "we are processing your subscription" so I'm not able to even cancel if it is active.

Piece of junk that requires way to much personal data - credit card details then won't connect. First, it's absurd to need to share a credit card to use a kid toy at all. They said it's to verify age of the parents. Wha? I figured out a workaround to that. 2nd, it tries to connect to the robot from your phone via Bluetooth or something, and fails. Then it asks you to connect to the robot device directly using it's own WiFi. I did, it connects to my phone. But then the app can't connect.

The entire miko system including the app is slow buggy and predatory. It completely locked the screen and all controlls in the app untis i press the mas subscription trial button. I think it's a scam to steal people's credit card and personal information. I'm still trying to get in touch with customer service regarding wifi issues. This thin does nothing at all without being connected to the internet. This thing is going back to wherever it was conjured.
