it's the worst ever app... dear union bank please shut down this division of union bank... I had ordered an earbuds from my points available in union rewards as well as balance amount I will pay through my card, your app deducted whole my points as well as total billing amount from my card only.. if it will be happen like this only why would I not order through the websites likes Amazon, Flipkart etc... also there is no option where I can raise complain about the issue or cancel the order.

Friends be carefull, someone used my reward points from my account without my knowledge. Recently I opened this reward points section then I noticed in 2023 may with name of Pine labs around 35000 reward points used . I didn't received any Message or email regarding above redeemed points. So, to whom I have to complaint,

there is no option to cancel the product once redeemed. best one is to buy a flipkart voucher and them in flipcart as they are not genuine about the product prices
