I like this app. However I just replaced my moto Z2play phone with moto Z3 and the app downloads but will not open. At all. It just gets stuck on the opening blue logo screen. It is a insurance phone from assurian and I installed a root checker and it is not rooted.

I'm sady to report that this app isn't letting me get to my sign in. Wouldbr nice to have a web page to sign into to view and schedule appointments.

Hello, Leann! Thank you for using the app. We apologize for the issues you are having. Did you happen to get a new phone recently by chance? Go to your app settings and clear the data for the Healthy Is app. Make sure the app is no longer running by force-closing it before attempting to open it again.
