Ordered food and it never arrived... For the record, generally, the app is really good and does what it's supposed to... However, I recently ordered food for delivery an hour before closing time (done this plenty of times without issue) and my food was never delivered, I was left a voice mail saying my order would be made "void" aka Cancelled and my money refunded... I was still charged for the order and all attempts to get a refund for non-Delivery or any answers have been ignored.

Everytime you order from Wood Green. They never put the sauce, butter or tissues in. You call up to see if you can make this possible and they tell you there's nothing they can do you have to call the store. The store never pick up the phone so you just get stuck going round in circles.

OK when it works (not often). Can't log in. Or logs in, start order process, then suddenly it errors. Several phones of varying model types all having the same issues.
