It's a five star app. Today m on day 22 of simple stage and my body transformation is owesome and I love this app. They should give a full year training schedule with some dieting tips, then this app would be unbeatable.

Like the app its good. However the timer on the target area 30day workout seems to get stuck on 1min 40sec when your workout time increases. Today the 17th of July 2020 I upgraded it now it won't allow me to do my personalised workouts as it simply closes itself☹️😳😳😳

Good app. I'm just starting but there's some errors eg, in the 30 days challenge of the squat the reps is always shown as zero while the time taken is 01:40. Please fix asap.
