Conference room booking and managing- and booking meeting rooms just got simple with the Visneto booking solution!
The Visneto makes workplace coordination easy and room reservation more efficient.
Visneto syncs with Outlook 365 calendar or Exchange On-Premise calendar which makes it easy to manage. Visneto also gives you the option to book meetings in real-time with your phone, computer or Android touch tablet outside the meeting room without effort.
Through simple settings you have the option to customize and personalize your Visneto to make it even more exclusive and time saving. The Visneto display shod be wall-mounted and can be placed vertically or horizontally. When active, the display can show the name of the room and status, including time of the meeting and the actor who made the reservation. You can also see the date and the next meeting on the front page. It is also possible to request confirmation of the meeting "on site" (otherwise the meeting will be deleted). An ongoing meeting you can click and choose: End, Extend (15 minutes) or delete with just two taps on the screen.
Visneto provides an option of a software solution for Android or a package solution including Android tablet. This is a free to download trial version which gives you full functionality for a limited time.
