The app is really super convenient to use and shop with. Everything that you want and is not in store you'll definitely find it in the app. The only thing though is that if you have an occasion you need to attend, shop atleast 10 days before as your order needs to be shipped first and delivered to your preferred destination.

I find the app not user friendly. I can never see how much my balance is and how much I owe Mr Price in total. I tried to pay my account and couldn't find the bank details anywhere. I'm sure it's there but I'm having a hard time navigating or finding anything on the app

The App used to be good. These days, I constantly have to log in or link my card. Lately, my card doesn't want to link at all, and the online chat is of no use either. Update (11 days later) - The App and chat are still of no use. Hitting the Uninstall button...
