These women provide integrated primary health care to women, children, adolescents, and entire families, working both in health facilities and going door-to-door to improve community health.

CHARM is an AI-powered tool that centralizes clinical and behavioral data, enabling Peer Mentors to deliver personalized care more efficiently. This platform helps track and manage client information, appointments, and Peer Mentor performance in real-time. It also offers insights and metrics that empower Peer Mentors to make informed decisions, improving both their practice and client outcomes.
