Access is restricted to AUTHORIZED CHWs with valid credentials; public registration or use by untrained individuals is NOT permitted. The app DOES NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment to patients or the general public. Its purpose is to support ONLY m2m's CHWs in managing client data, coordinating care, and improving community health service delivery within approved clinical guidelines.
