Al Siraj is Tibiaan's employee app. It puts the day-to-day of the business — approvals, requests, property operations and sales — on the phone of the person who actually needs to act on it.

This app is for Tibiaan staff. It requires a company account and access to the company network.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Your own HR, without the paperwork
Submit leave requests and track where they are. File an expense claim with the receipt photographed on the spot. Request a salary advance and set the repayment. Open your payslip. Check your attendance as a graph rather than a spreadsheet. Fill in your performance appraisal and your team's assessments.

Approvals that do not wait for a desk
Whatever is queued for you — leave, expenses, invoices, receipts, deals, work orders, permits — is one list, with the detail you need to decide attached to it. Approve or send back with a reason, and the person who raised it knows immediately.

Property management in the field
Leases, units, tenants and landlords. Raise a maintenance request, follow it through a work order, collect quotations from suppliers, and issue the permit. Run a building inspection room by room: score each item, photograph what is wrong, and raise the follow-up task without going back to the office. Move-in inspections, meter readings and deposit settlements work the same way.

Brokerage, from first call to signed deal
Capture a lead and everything about it — type, source, project, agent, sub-location. Log every follow-up and every remark so the history is there when someone else picks it up. Browse projects and listings with their photographs. Move a deal through booking, receipt, approval and payable, with the commission split across agents recorded against it.

Also inside
Finance approvals and transaction posting. Purchase requests and orders. Property valuations. CRM. Tasks and team spaces. Notifications when something needs you.

BUILT FOR HOW THE WORK ACTUALLY RUNS

Arabic and English, with the whole interface laid out right-to-left in Arabic rather than translated in place.

Light and dark, following your phone.

Face ID and Touch ID sign-in after the first login.

Picks up where you left off — the app reopens on the page you were last working in.

REQUIREMENTS

A Tibiaan employee account. Access is granted per screen by your administrator, so what you see matches what your role is allowed to do. Connection to the company network is required to load live data.
