All your medical records in one place. Upload any medical document to exora, an Australian personal health record app, and it reads the document, pulls out the clinical detail and files it into one health record you can search, understand and share.

WHAT YOU CAN PUT IN

Pathology and blood test results, imaging reports, discharge summaries, prescriptions, specialist letters, referrals and immunisation records. Photos, PDFs and scans all work, from any country.

HOW IT WORKS

Take a photo or upload a PDF, and exora extracts your conditions, medications, allergies, vitals, lab results, procedures and immunisations, then builds a timeline of every appointment, admission and test. Every fact links back to the original document, page and line, so you can always check it against the source.

HEALTH STORIES

Your record is scattered across visits, letters and results. Health Stories brings it together and tells each part of your health as a story you can follow: where it stands now, how it began and what has been done. Each story has its own timeline, body map, and the chats, notes and photos that belong to it. Your first set of stories is free. Stories are written by AI and can contain mistakes.

ASK YOUR OWN RECORDS

Ask questions in plain language, by text or by voice. "What medications am I on?" "When was my last blood test?" Answers come only from your own documents, each showing where it came from, and they are not medical advice.

RECORD YOUR APPOINTMENTS

Plan a visit, note your questions and, with your provider's consent, record the consultation. You get a transcript, a plain-language summary with next steps, and the key details added to your health record. AI summaries can contain mistakes, so check them against your provider's notes.

YOUR FAMILY'S RECORDS TOO

Manage records for your children, ageing parents or anyone you care for, each with their own complete health record. Map your family's medical history with the Pedigree view, and add a profile for a pet too.

FITNESS, SLEEP AND WEARABLES

Connect Health Connect to bring in steps, workouts, heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen, weight, body fat and sleep stages, with trends beside your medical records. It is read only, so exora never writes to Health Connect.

Share with a doctor, a family member or a carer. You choose what they see and for how long, you can revoke access at any time, and an activity log shows every change to who has access.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

- Your records are stored in Australia
- AI processing runs overseas under contractual protections, because the models we use are not offered in an Australian region
- AI providers are under paid no-training agreements, so your data is not used to train AI models
- Optional fingerprint or face unlock
- No advertising, and we never sell your data
- Crash reporting and product analytics run in the app: they carry an account identifier and which features you use, never your health records
- Delete your account and your data leaves live systems straight away. You have 30 days to change your mind, then it is permanently erased
- You own your data. Always.

Free to use: no credit card, no ads.
