TrailMath turns the official course of your goal race into a plan you can run to: your time of arrival at every checkpoint, how much margin you have on every cutoff, what to eat each hour, and when to take your caffeine.

Pick your race from more than 40 verified courses - UTMB, CCC, TDS, OCC, Lavaredo, Transgrancanaria, SaintéLyon, Hardrock, Western States, Tor des Géants and more - each built from the organiser's own route and checkpoint list.

Then TrailMath builds the training backwards from those numbers: a periodized plan around your distance, your vertical gain and the days you can actually train, with a readiness score that tells you whether it is working while there is still time to fix it.

YOUR RACE, HOUR BY HOUR
- Your time of arrival at every checkpoint, in three scenarios
- The margin you have on every cutoff, checkpoint by checkpoint
- Climbing and descending priced separately, with the fatigue of a long day built in
- Carbohydrate, fluid and caffeine targets sized to your own projected finish
- A printable card for your drop bag or your crew

VERIFIED COURSES
- More than 40 courses, from 20 km to 400 km
- Checkpoints, distances, climb and descent per section, and the organiser's cutoffs
- Each course carries the date it was last checked against the organiser
- Re-checked when a race moves a cutoff, rather than left to go stale
- Racing something we do not hold yet? Enter your own checkpoints and the plan works the same way

STRUCTURED TRAINING PLANS
- Periodized trail running plans: Base, Build, Peak and Taper phases
- Terrain-aware sessions with real elevation targets
- Integrated strength training (eccentric, plyometric, stability)
- Weekly volume progression with automatic deload weeks
- Full-year seasons: pick a start month and the plan fills 12 months

RACE PREPARATION
- Race preparation dashboard scoring six components of your build
- Long run, climbing, key work, consistency and descent prep tracking
- Phase-aware training guidance as you move through your block

TRAILMATH ASSISTANT
- An automated assistant using AI, not a human coach
- Explains why each week looks the way it does
- Automated plan adjustments you approve when work, travel or illness gets in the way
- Proposes swaps, replacements or reschedules - nothing changes without your approval
- Suggests how to rescue a broken week: what to keep, what to move, what to drop
- Plans, estimates and responses are generated automatically - individual supervision by a qualified sports professional is not included

STRAVA SYNC
- Connect Strava and completed activities match themselves to planned sessions
- Heart rate and pace carry across, so your history stays complete
- No manual logging, no duplicate entries

WORKOUT TIMER
- Guided run intervals with audio and haptic cues
