Shifty Habits is a habit tracker built for shift workers like you.

Every other habit app assumes you wake up at the same time every day, to the same routine.
You don't.

Instead of tracking by calendar date, Shifty Habits ties your habits to your shift type.
Gym before an early.
Meal prep on a day off.
Wind-down routine after nights.
When your shift changes, your habits change with it, automatically.

SET IT UP THE WAY YOU WORK
• Repeating Cycle: build your pattern once (28-day, 4 on 4 off, 7 on 7 off, or your own) and it rolls forward on its own
• Changing Roster: shifts posted a week or a month ahead? Add them as they come out
• Either way, assign habits to your own shift types: start from Early, Day, Night and Off, and set whatever shift types you use for work.

NIGHT SHIFT DONE PROPERLY
Knocked off at 6am? That's still last night's shift, and Shifty Habits counts it that way. Overnight shifts land on the right day, so your streaks stay honest.

COMPARE NIGHTS WITH NIGHTS
A calendar doesn't always give shift workers a meaningful picture of their progress.
With Shifty Habits, you can see how your habits are going across the shifts you actually work.
Compare your Night shifts with other Night shifts, Day shifts with Day shifts, or see how you're doing on Days Off.

WHEN THE ROSTER CHANGES
Start early, finish late, pick up someone else's shift, rostered hours change on the calendar? Turn on Flexible Times and enter your real start and finish on the day. Shifty Habits selects the shift type and habits from the times you actually work.

WHO USES IT
Nurses and midwives. Paramedics, police and firies. Miners and FIFO workers. Truck and bus drivers. Process and factory operators. Security. Warehouse and logistics. Hospitality and retail. Anyone working night shift, split shifts, 12-hour shifts, or a roster that changes every fortnight.

• Works offline — your data stays on your phone
• Streaks and stats that count against your roster, not the calendar
