Parli is job scheduling and crew management built for dirt work — excavation, grading, site development, utilities, demolition and landscaping.

It answers the questions that actually cost you money: who is on which job, which machine is where, did the sub confirm, and are we still on budget.

JOBSITE PHOTOS, FILED BY JOB
• Take a photo on site and it lands on the job it belongs to, not in a camera roll nobody can search
• Shared albums and files per job, with before-and-after pairs
• Photos on the daily report and on individual tasks
• One link to send the homeowner or the GC

DAILY REPORTS FROM THE FIELD
• A daily construction report filed from the phone before the crew leaves site
• Weather, crew count, what got done, what held you up, and the photos
• Every field report filed against the job, not lost in a group text

THE CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE, ON ONE BOARD
• Assign tasks and your crew gets a notification on their phone
• A job timeline you can drag — a Gantt chart that behaves like a schedule, not a spreadsheet
• See the whole program at day, week or month scale
• Crew scheduling and equipment scheduling on the same board, so nothing is double-booked on Monday

CREW AND MACHINES
• Book operators, excavators, attachments, tools and trailers like crew
• Conflict warnings before you double-book a machine
• Equipment maintenance on the same schedule as the work: service due, service overdue, and what is waiting on a wrench

SUBCONTRACTORS
• Send a visit and the sub confirms with one tap — no login, no app
• They can propose a different time instead of playing phone tag
• Your board flips the same second they answer

JOB COSTS
• Budget against actual as the job runs
• Labor, equipment and material costs in one place

TALK TO IT
• Ask Parli in English or Spanish — "move Miguel to the Johnson job Thursday"
• Built for loud sites: hold to talk, and it reads back what it heard before it changes anything

WHO IT IS FOR
Owners, superintendents, project managers, foremen and crews at excavation and site-work companies. Crew logins are included — you are not billed per person just to let a laborer see their own tasks.

FREE TO START
Free - $0, no credit card. Run one real job: one crew card, and one of each machine, attachment, tool and trailer. It does not expire, and you can move up a plan whenever the work does.

Parli works on the web at parli.io as well as on your phone, and the same account works everywhere.

Subscriptions are managed at parli.io — the app itself does not sell anything.
