CAN'T START? WE GET IT.

You know what you need to do. You even want to do it. But between "know" and "do" there's a wall — task paralysis that plain to-do lists and planners never touch. Throughline gets you over it.

Write down the task. We break it into steps so small they feel almost silly — then we walk you through them, one at a time. Not a list. Not a planner. Made for ADHD brains that get overwhelmed by the whole thing at once.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Type what you need to do ("clean the kitchen").
2. Get tiny, doable steps — the scarier the task, the smaller the steps.
3. Tap "walk me through it."
4. One task, one step on screen. A timer. A loud, can't-miss sound when the step ends. Then "Done!" — and gently on to the next.

You always see when you'll finish ("done by 7:20") — and because our time estimates leave real breathing room, that promise actually holds.

BEAT PROCRASTINATION ONE STEP AT A TIME
The hardest part isn't the task — it's starting, and then not drifting off it. Throughline keeps one thing at a time in front of you, so there's never a wall of tasks to freeze on. Just the next small step.

LIKE HAVING SOMEONE SIT BESIDE YOU
Our step-by-step guidance works like body doubling — that feeling of someone quietly working alongside you, keeping you company from the first step to the last. No scoreboard. No coach yelling. Every step is a win.
