ZMA HISAB is a simple, fast digital khata (ledger) for anyone who lends, borrows
or spends. Run a shop or a small business, or just keep track of money with
friends and family: see who owes whom, record every payment, and always know
your balance — even without internet.

WORKS OFFLINE, ALWAYS
• Add people and entries with no internet — everything is saved on your phone
• Your data syncs safely to your account when you're back online
• Automatic cloud backup, restore on any phone by simply logging in

A KHATA FOR EVERY PERSON
• One clean ledger for each customer, friend or relative: what you gave, what you got, running balance
• "You'll get / You'll give" totals for everyone at a glance
• Search people and entries instantly
• Full history is always preserved — edits never erase the original entry

KEEP ONE KHATA TOGETHER
• Share a khata with another ZMA HISAB user: a supplier, partner, friend or family member
• Whatever either of you records, the other sees within seconds
• Two ways to keep it: a running account between you, or a shared pot split equally
(perfect for a shared flat, a trip, or joint household spending)
• Invite by email or by sharing a link
• Get notified when the other person adds an entry

EXPENSES
• Record what you spend, for the business or at home: rent, bills, petrol, mobile load, groceries
• Sort spending into your own categories
• See this month's total at a glance

FAST DAILY ENTRIES
• Built-in calculator keypad: type 1500+750 and save the result directly
• Backdate entries to the real date
• Add a note to every entry (items, quantities, payment method)

PDF STATEMENTS & REMINDERS
• Export anyone's statement as a clean PDF
• Share statements or payment reminders on WhatsApp or SMS in one tap
• Statement periods with opening and closing balance — like a bank statement
• Set a due date and get a reminder on the day payment is due

BUSINESS AND PERSONAL, KEPT APART
• Keep separate books — one per business, one for personal hisab — and switch in one tap

HANDY TOOLS INCLUDED
• Calculator with history, profit margin, loan/EMI, unit converter, bill split,
GST/tax helper, currency rates, and quick notes

PRIVATE & SECURE
• PIN and fingerprint app lock
• Your ledger is yours: no ads, no selling of data
• Delete your account and data any time from inside the app

IN YOUR LANGUAGE
• Full Urdu support — switch language any time in Settings

ZMA HISAB is built for the way money actually moves in Pakistan and South Asia:
udhaar today, payment on chand raat, and a clear hisab in between — whether it's
your shop's customers or a loan to a friend.
