The ultimate interval timer for your HIIT workouts and Tabata training. Peak Intervals is a workout timer with fully customizable work and rest periods for high-intensity interval training, Tabata, running, boxing and circuit training — plus voice cues that keep you moving without interrupting your music.

WHY THIS TIMER

• CUSTOMIZABLE WORKOUTS — Build any HIIT, Tabata or circuit session. Simple mode when every round is the same; Advanced mode when each exercise needs its own duration and its own rest.

• VOICE CUES — Seven cue packs, from a clean chime to AI-generated coaching voices. They count you down, call the switch and mark the halfway point, so you never have to look at the screen.

• YOUR MUSIC KEEPS PLAYING — Cues duck whatever you're listening to and it comes straight back. Spotify, YouTube Music, podcasts. Who are we to judge.

• SCREEN-OFF MODE — Lock the phone and put it in your pocket. The timer keeps running and the cues keep firing, so you can save that battery for the scrolling later.

• BIG, COLOR-CODED SCREENS — Green for work, coral for rest, amber between rounds. Readable from across the gym.

• EXERCISE NAMES ON SCREEN — Type your exercises and they show up during the workout, with the next one announced during rest. That is usually the moment you regret the extra round.

• IMPORT FROM A PHOTO — Point your camera at a whiteboard or pick a screenshot, and we turn it into a timer.

• SAVE AND ORGANIZE — Color-coded, named and ready to start in one tap. The easy part is starting the timer. The workout, less so.

• HISTORY — Every finished session is saved, so you can see what you actually did rather than what you meant to do.

• SHARE WORKOUTS — Send a workout to a friend or a client as a link. Perfect for coaches. Or for that friend who needs to lay off the donuts.
