MapleCrew connects you with verified local professionals for the work around your home — booked, tracked and paid for in one app.

BOOK THE SERVICE YOU NEED

• Cleaning — homes, rentals and workplaces, cleaned to a standard you agree up front
• Handyman — reliable repairs, installations and mounting work
• Lawn and gardening — seasonal lawn care, planting and tree work
• Winter — snow and ice clearing, from driveways to rooftops
• Holidays and decoration — lights and displays, put up and taken down
• Car detailing and maintenance — detailing packages, oil changes and seasonal tire changes

EVERY PROVIDER IS CHECKED BY HAND

We separate identity verification from trade licensing, because they are not the same thing:

1. Every applicant submits a government-issued photo ID
2. Plumbing and electrical applicants upload a valid trade licence
3. Our team reviews every application by hand — there are no automatic approvals
4. Approved providers get a verified badge before they can accept a single job

CLEAR, HONEST PRICING

See what a job costs before you book. Hourly bookings authorize the first hour when you place them and settle against the hours actually worked, so you pay for the time your provider was there. Car detailing is priced per car and charged in full at booking.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. MapleCrew never sees your full card details.

STAY IN CONTROL FROM BOOKING TO DONE

• Choose a date and time that suits you
• Add photos and notes so your provider arrives knowing the job
• Message your provider directly in the app
• Track every booking — upcoming, in progress and completed — in one place
• Get notified when your booking is confirmed, when your provider is on the way, and when the work is done

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

You have 48 hours after a job is marked complete to report a problem. While we review it, the provider's payout stays frozen. You are not chasing anyone for a refund on your own.

WHY MAPLECREW

No phone tag. No waiting on a quote that never arrives. No handing cash to someone you have never met. You pick the service, you see the price, you book the time — and a verified professional shows up.
