Meet Me At Work is your workplace's app for booking meeting rooms and desks. Once your organisation has added you, you can see what's free across its sites and book it from your phone in a few taps.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Book a meeting room: open a room's day calendar, tap or drag a free slot, give the meeting a title and book it.
• Book a desk: desks are grouped by work area. Tap a desk and choose Morning, Afternoon or Full day.
• Scan the door: the Scan tab opens your camera. Point it at the QR code on a meeting room door to open that room's calendar, or at a desk's code to open the desk's page and claim it.
• See your day: the Today tab shows the day's bookings, with what's happening now and up next at the top. Other people's meetings show only as much as your organisation allows.
• Find the right room: search by name, filter by size or by projector, teleconference and whiteboard, and star your favourites so they stay at the top.
• Ask the booking assistant: type or say what you need, such as "Boardroom Tuesday 10am for an hour" or "Desk 3 every Monday for 4 weeks", and it sets the booking up for you. The assistant uses AI, so check the room, date and time before you book.
• Book a series: where your organisation allows recurring bookings, ask the assistant for a weekly series. If one date clashes, move or skip just that date.
• Change your plans: edit or cancel your own upcoming bookings, or press and hold one to drag it to a new time.
• Ask for approval: if a room needs approval, or your booking is longer than your organisation allows, it goes to an administrator as a request.
• Get notified: booking confirmations, changes and cancellations, a reminder before a booking starts, the answer to your requests, and a notice when you're added to an organisation.
• Keep your calendar in step: confirmation emails carry a calendar file for Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. If your organisation uses Google Calendar with Meet Me At Work, connect it from the Devices tab. If your organisation has connected Microsoft 365 and you use Meet Me At Work in Outlook or Microsoft Teams, rooms you book in the app appear in your Outlook calendar too.
• Belong to more than one organisation? Switch between them from the header.

SIGNING IN
Sign in with a one-time link sent to your work email, or with Google. There's no password to remember. The Devices tab shows where you're signed in, lets you sign a device out, and lets you delete your account.

NEW TO MEET ME AT WORK?
The app shows your organisation's rooms and desks once an administrator has added you. Until then it tells you to ask them for an invitation. Setting up for your own workplace? Start at meetmeat.work.

FOR YOUR IT AND FACILITIES TEAM
• Nobody needs the app to book. The QR code on each door opens the room's live calendar in any phone browser. Rooms left open can be booked without an account; rooms set to "Restrict to trusted users only" ask people to sign in first.
• Also works with Microsoft Teams, with the Book a Meeting Room add-in for Outlook, and with a web portal where administrators manage sites, work areas, rooms, desks and booking rules.
• Your first meeting room is free. After that, each room is priced per month by its size and each desk at its own rate, with no per-user fees. Current prices are at meetmeat.work.
• No adverts and no third-party tracking.

Meet Me At Work is made by Puresoft Ltd in the UK.
