Stop guessing why your mood changes. My Bad Day is a mood tracker, sleep tracker, cycle tracker, and mood journal that helps you understand the patterns behind how you feel.

Track mood, sleep, cycle, habits, journal entries, and close relationships in one calm, private app. Then turn your daily check-ins into simple pattern insights about what may be affecting your emotional wellbeing.

WHAT MY BAD DAY HELPS YOU DO

MOOD TRACKER
Log how you feel in seconds with simple weather-based moods. Add reasons, activities, people, triggers, and notes so your mood tracker becomes more useful over time.

MOOD JOURNAL
Use the private mood journal to write freely, reflect on difficult days, and keep track of thoughts that may explain your emotional patterns.

SLEEP TRACKER
Record sleep quality, bedtime, wake time, and duration. See whether poor sleep, routine changes, stress, or other factors may be connected to your mood.

CYCLE TRACKER
Optionally track cycle symptoms, flow, pain, energy, and mood changes. The cycle tracker helps you notice body patterns without making the app only about period tracking.

AI INSIGHTS
Meet Badi, your built-in AI companion — it already knows your mood, sleep, and cycle data, so you're never starting from scratch. Badi turns your entries into simple insights in plain English, without confusing charts. Users often discover surprisingly specific patterns - like how a short night's sleep can make the next day noticeably harder, or how a stressful conversation can affect mood for days.

PARTNER SHARING
Invite your partner and choose what to share. This can help someone close to you understand when to check in, support you, or give you space.

WHY MY BAD DAY IS DIFFERENT
Most apps track one thing. My Bad Day connects mood, sleep, cycle, journaling, habits, and relationships. See how a rough night's sleep shows up in tomorrow's mood, how your energy shifts across your cycle, or how one hard conversation can affect you for days afterward. My Bad Day is built to show the connections other apps miss.
