Never miss another customer call.

ExtenVox is your 24/7 AI receptionist and answering service. It answers your business calls, books jobs, answers customer questions and captures every lead, so you can stay focused on the work.

You can't pick up on a roof, under a sink or behind the wheel. But every missed call is a job that goes to the next company on the list. ExtenVox answers for you, day or night, and this app shows you exactly what happened on every call.

WHAT EXTENVOX DOES FOR YOU:
• Answers calls 24/7, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Books appointments straight into your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar
• Answers questions about your services, hours and service area
• Captures and qualifies leads: name, phone number, address and job details
• Transfers urgent calls to you or your team
• Sends a summary after every call, with the recording and transcript

EVERYTHING ON YOUR PHONE:
• Home: see that your AI receptionist is active, today's calls and appointments, and the calls that need your attention.
• Calls: every call answered and sorted as Appointment booked, Lead, Follow-up needed, Transferred, Message taken or Spam. Filter by booked jobs, leads or urgent calls.
• Call details: read the AI summary, reason for the call, urgency and outcome. Play the recording, read the transcript and call back with one tap.
• Appointments: upcoming and past jobs with time, customer, phone and address, synced with your calendar. Confirm, complete, cancel or edit in seconds.
• Follow-ups: flag calls that need action and mark them resolved when you're done.
