svānt

Some things we do not learn. They are already rooted somewhere within us — carried in the traditions we keep.

The aarti heard at home every morning. A śloka learnt by heart as a child. A story from the Pothi-Puranas, told by a grandma. A mantra that returns on its own when a festival comes around.

Time moves on. Life grows hurried. Slowly these things drift a little out of reach. They don't disappear — it just becomes harder, in an ordinary day, to come back to them.

svānt is a quiet place to keep them close: the aartis, stotras and mantras of the Sanātana tradition, gathered in one calm place, to take at your own pace.

What's inside

• A growing library of aartis, stotras, mantras and other devotional texts, set in clear Devanagari
• Adjustable reading size, so the text sits comfortably however you hold your phone
• Keep the ones you return to in Favourites
• Works fully offline. No account, nothing to sign in to

svānt is new. Meanings and commentary, more texts, rites and observances, and recitations you can listen to are on the way. If something is missing, unclear or wrong, there's a line in the app to tell us — we read every message.

The light you tend within.
