HailMate is the storm-restoration CRM — from the hail to the paid claim, in one app.

Most roofing crews juggle five tools: a hail map, a knocking app, a CRM, a photo app and a spreadsheet to chase the insurance money. HailMate puts the whole job in one place, so your crew stops typing the same address into five apps and starts closing.

And unlike every other roofing CRM, HailMate knows where the hail fell.

THE WHOLE JOB ON ONE BOARD
Every job moves through your own stages, from the first knock to the final check. See what's sold, what's built and what's still owed at a glance. Assign jobs to reps, set tasks and appointments, and let the activity log write itself.

FROM THE CLAIM TO THE PAID CHECK
Keep the carrier, claim number, date of loss and adjuster meeting on the job. Track every insurance check, from the first payment to the depreciation release, including the ones held up at the mortgage company. Always know what each job is still owed.

SUPPLEMENTS THAT PAY FOR THE JOB
The supplement engine scans the carrier scope and flags missing line items, so you collect what the job is actually owed. Every supplement is tracked with its dollar amount until the check lands.

ESTIMATES THAT CLOSE AT THE KITCHEN TABLE
Build a clean, line-item estimate from your own prices and templates, with good, better and best options and photos. Get roof measurements from satellite in seconds, or order EagleView and Hover reports without leaving the app.

E-SIGN ON THE SPOT
Send contracts, work authorizations and change orders for e-signature, or sign right there on the phone. The signed copy files itself into the job.

TEXTING AND CALLING BUILT IN
Text and call homeowners from your business number, right inside the job. Every conversation stays with the customer, so anyone on the crew can pick it up.

PHOTO REPORTS IN ONE TAP
Unlimited job photos, stamped with the date, address and GPS. Tag them, add notes, and turn them into a clean photo report for the homeowner or the adjuster.

YOUR WHOLE TEAM ON THE MAP
Drop a pin on every door you knock. Draw a territory for each rep so nobody works the same street twice. Track every outcome and follow-up, and turn any pin into a job with one tap.

THE HAIL MAP THAT SHOWS WHICH STREETS
This is what sets HailMate apart. See where hail fell across your territory, street by street, and how big it was. Tap any address for an Evidence Grade™ verdict (HailMate's three-source hail verification) and a storm report you can hand the homeowner. Get a morning alert when hail hits ground you work, so your truck is first on the street.

INVOICES AND PAYMENTS
Invoice from the driveway and get paid by card or bank transfer. See job costs, commissions and profit on every job.

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
Keep working in storm-hit neighborhoods with no bars. Your changes save on the phone and sync when you're back online.

ONE FLAT PRICE FOR YOUR CREW
Every plan comes with seats for your crew included. One monthly price, not a new bill for every rep. Coming from another CRM? We'll help you bring your jobs and contacts over.
