Super Coach turns your phone into a training partner that keeps up with you — plan the training, run the session, log every set, and watch the numbers move.

🔴 Live Workout Sessions
Tap "Start Workout" and the session goes live. It keeps running while you actually train — screen off, phone in your pocket or in your gym bag — so nothing depends on you holding it.
• The rest timer is exact. A countdown starts the moment you finish a set, and an alarm sounds at the second it ends, whether you are looking at the screen or not.
• A live notification stays on your lock screen the whole time, showing the exercise you are on, the set you are on, and the countdown as it ticks.
• Complete a set, skip the rest or add 30 seconds straight from that notification — no unlocking, no digging the phone out.
• It ends when you end it. Finish the workout and the notification goes with it. Prefer to train without it? Switch it off in settings.

⌚ Wear OS
The whole session mirrors to your watch and stays on the watch face while it runs. Same countdown on your wrist, same buttons: set done, skip rest, +30 seconds. Leave the phone in the bag.

🏋️ A Program Built Around You
Answer a few quick questions — how many days a week, your experience, what equipment you have, how long you like to train, what you want to focus on, and anything you need to work around — and get a full multi-week program, laid out week by week. Take it as it comes, edit it, or build every workout yourself from scratch.
• An exercise library with looping demo clips, so you can see a movement before you do it.
• Reps, weight and RIR (RPE) in a couple of taps, set by set.
• Every session you have ever done, kept and searchable.

🥗 Nutrition That Takes Seconds
• Photograph your plate and it gets logged.
• Or just say what you ate — plain sentences, Hebrew or English.
• Calorie and macro targets (protein, carbs, fats), with presets you pick to match your goal.
• "What should I eat now?" — ideas that fit what is left in your day.
• Water tracking, and a food database full of the products you actually buy.
