Some days everything is in your head at once. You can't decide, you can't settle, you don't even know where to begin.

Back to Self is a journaling, self-reflection and self-discovery app, made for those moments.

Instead of offering you more choices when you can't choose, it takes you by the hand — through a morning affirmation, one journal entry, one introspection question. Gently bringing you out of your head and back into your body, out of the noise and into the present moment.

What you'll find inside:

Morning affirmations — words of support waiting for you the moment you wake up, with a home screen widget
Journal — a space for free writing, without rush or judgment, with the ability to edit and revisit past entries
Introspection — questions for deeper self-discovery and self-understanding
Presence — breathing and grounding exercises for moments of restlessness and anxiety
Gratitude — the small joys worth noticing and remembering
Evening reflection — a gentle way to close the day and settle into rest
Meditation — a quiet timer with a soft gong sound at the end of each session
Mood tracking — an overview of your month through emotions and patterns
Vision board — a tool to manifest what you're working toward

Back to Self is a mental wellness and daily self-care app, made for people looking for calm, self-reflection and stillness amid everyday noise. Everything is connected in one place, the way life is — journaling, meditation, affirmations and gratitude work together to help you come back to yourself.

We don't ask you to be productive, perfect, or a "better version of yourself." We only ask that you come back to yourself, for a moment.
