Malm is a workout tracker for the gym. You build the program, log what you actually lifted, and look back at it later. No account, no subscription, and it works without a network connection.

PROGRAMS
• Build programs with weeks, days and exercises, or train freestyle without one
• Plan each exercise: sets, reps, weight, rest time, warm-up sets and per-set plans
• Supersets, drop sets, timed holds and your own set types
• Blocks and deload weeks for periodized training
• Start a whole day or pick out single exercises, or build a catch-up session from several days
• See how closely you have followed the plan, how often you have used it, and how the categories split
• Every edit is kept as a version you can look at and restore
• Share a program as a file with a training partner

DURING A WORKOUT
• Reps and weight for strength, duration, distance and calories for cardio, and check-off sets for mobility
• Last session prefilled as suggestions, with an arrow showing how each set compares
• Rest timer with presets, countdown ring and a notification when time is up
• Optional RPE, exercise notes that show up when you reach the exercise, and dated session notes
• Music controls in the session, and a small game for the rest between sets

EXERCISES AND RECORDS
• More than 400 built-in exercises across 12 categories, plus your own
• Search the whole library or browse by category, with recent exercises on top
• Personal records for weight and reps, tracked as you go
• Goals for estimated 1RM, distance, duration and calories
• Per exercise: history, statistics, rep records, calendar and a progress chart

HISTORY AND STATISTICS
• Calendar of training days and a searchable history of every session
• Totals for workouts, sets, reps and volume, with the change from the period before
• Consistency heat map, top exercises and latest records
• Trends for volume, sets, reps, duration, distance and calories
• Filter by period, category and exercise

BODY
• Body weight with chart, weekly average and BMI
• Body measurements in metric or imperial
• Progress photos with date, note and body weight, and an optional PIN lock
• Injuries with dated pain levels
• Optional cycle and sleep tracking

YOUR DATA
• Backup to a file you keep, or an automatic daily backup to a folder you choose
• Optional daily backup to your own Google Drive, encrypted on the phone before it is uploaded
• Restore on a new phone from a file or straight from Drive
• Import your history from FitNotes, Strong, Hevy or Strava
• Delete everything from Settings whenever you want
