Built for basketball. Strength, conditioning and drills in one plan.

Built for pickup and league players.

Tell us what you want to work on: basketball drills, strength and power, game conditioning, or all three. Then pick how many days you train, your game days, how long you have and where you train: gym, court or home. Your 4-week plan is built from your answers. 3 workouts a week is the starting point, and you can pick 2 to 5. The goal is game shape.

WHAT'S IN YOUR PLAN
• Drills for shooting, ball handling or finishing, with a ball.
• Lifting built for jumping, cutting and contact.
• Conditioning shaped like a basketball game.
• No strength workout the day before a game.
• Something to work around, like a sore knee or a long break? Tell us, and jumps, heavy loads and hard efforts are swapped for gentler options before you see your plan.

IN EVERY WORKOUT
• Go set by set, with a rest timer.
• Earn XP and rank up. Your Baller avatar changes as you climb.

WITH A SUBSCRIPTION
• When your day changes, ask for a spontaneous basketball workout that fits the time you have.
• Have AI adjust your plan.
AI is used only to build and adjust your plan and to create spontaneous workouts. Usage limits apply.

WHY I BUILT IT
I play basketball as an amateur. I used to copy workouts from YouTube, so I built the app myself, with AI, after work and school. I'm not a certified coach.
