Traditional to-do lists can quickly become another source of overwhelm.

NowNextLater is an ADHD-friendly planner designed to help you focus on one realistic task at a time, plan around your energy and get moving when you feel stuck.

FOCUS ON WHAT MATTERS NOW Organise your tasks into three simple sections: NOW - the one task you are focusing on NEXT - a few realistic tasks waiting behind it LATER - everything else, parked safely without being forgotten Instead of one enormous list, you concentrate on what matters right now.

PLAN AROUND YOUR ENERGY Choose whether your energy is Low, Normal or High. NowNextLater adjusts task suggestions and priorities to better match your current capacity. Tasks display their energy demand, helping you choose something that feels achievable rather than forcing yourself through the wrong task. When your energy picks up, the app offers to bring the best parked tasks back into NEXT - only if you want them.

GET UNSTUCK WITH NUDGE Nudge is an ADHD-aware AI assistant that helps when you feel overwhelmed, distracted or unsure where to begin. Nudge can:

Break tasks into smaller first steps
Help choose what to do next
Add, complete or move tasks
Replan your day
Adjust your energy level
Start a Just 10 focus session
Accept voice input when typing feels like too much
Turn a photo of a written list or whiteboard into tasks
Sit with you through a sprint, so you are not starting alone
START WITH JUST 10 Just 10 gives you a ten-minute focus sprint without asking you to commit to finishing everything. When it ends, you can complete the task, keep going or safely move it to Later.

RESET WITHOUT LOSING YOUR TASKS Tap "I'm overwhelmed" to clear the noise and keep only the easiest task in focus. Your other tasks are parked safely rather than deleted, and can return automatically when your energy improves or when you replan your day. Running late, or yesterday got away? One tap reshapes the day - with Undo.
